Our simple 4 step process explained . . .

From the moment you contact McIntyre Studios with your images, our aim is to make the whole process as enjoyable an experience as hanging your finished piece of artwork. Our experts deal with the complicated details involved with enlarging and enhancing photographs and present you with clear, easy to understand choices as to how you would like your finished project to look.

Our simple 4 step process is explained below but please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

Step 1. Sending us your images

Firstly, choose which images you want to have repaired, enlarged or printed. When choosing pictures for enlargement more is always good, so don't worry if you can't decide which would be best as we find that some images lend themselves better to becoming artwork than others. The more we have to play with, the more options we can offer you.

If sending pictures, slides or negatives please see our prices page for advice on packaging and posting.

Digital images can be sent by e-mail or on a CD or DVD by post. All images are returned after consultation.

Step 2. Our consultation with you

Once we have received your images we will appraise them and contact you for a consultation. During the consultation we will discuss the size and quality of your image and any limitations this will impose on the size or aspect of your finished artwork. We will also suggest possibilities you may not have thought of and provide 'rough' mock up images to help with your choices.

The whole consultation process is designed with you in mind, to make the experience of choosing your picture as enjoyable as the finished project and is of course free, with no commitment from yourself until you are happy to order.

Step 3. Realising your Artwork

When you are ready for us to proceed with your order we will print it on the media of your choice. We have a huge range of options for final finishes from photographic framed prints, fine art media, stretched canvases and much much more.

All of our 'oversize' work is handled by one of the largest speciality print companies in England using only the best archival materials to ensure your artwork does not fade and will look as good in 100 years time as it does the day it leaves our studios.

Step 4. Delivery of your finished piece of Art

Your finished Artwork will be securely packaged and delivered to your home, workplace or anywhere else you would like. If you have any other requests as far as delivery is concerned just let us know, we are here to help.
